What commercial system types do you design and install?+
Wall-split and multi-split for small offices and retail units; ceiling cassette for open-plan floors; ducted for hotels and health facilities; and VRF/VRV for buildings over ~150 m² where each zone needs independent control from a single external plant.
Can installations happen out of hours to avoid disrupting trading?+
Yes — evening, overnight and weekend installs are standard for retail, hospitality, restaurants and offices. We coordinate access, isolations and cleaning schedules with your facilities team so the site opens normally the next day.
Are you F-Gas compliant for commercial refrigerant systems?+
Yes. Airtastic holds F-Gas Company Certification and every attending engineer is F-Gas Category 1. We maintain the statutory leak-check schedule (every 12, 6 or 3 months depending on CO₂-equivalent charge) and issue the required records for your compliance file.
Do you offer planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts?+
Yes — 6-monthly or annual PPM contracts with fixed response SLAs, priority call-out, discounted parts and a documented maintenance log. Ideal for landlords, MATs, care groups and multi-site retailers.
Which manufacturers do you specify for commercial projects?+
Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung, LG, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Panasonic and Haier. We're accredited installers, so the specification is driven by your building — noise limits, ceiling void depth, controls integration and BMS compatibility — not by supplier preference.
Can you integrate with our BMS or centralised controls?+
Yes. We install Daikin Intelligent Touch Manager, Mitsubishi AE-200 and Samsung DMS2 head-ends, and can expose Modbus/BACnet to your BMS for setpoint, schedule and fault reporting.
What warranty and aftercare cover the install?+
5–7 year manufacturer parts warranty (subject to annual servicing) plus a 2-year Airtastic workmanship warranty on pipework, drainage and electrical connections. Priority response for contract customers.
