Home and commercial air conditioning across the full range — wall-split, multi-split, ceiling cassette, ducted and VRF systems from Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung, LG, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Panasonic and Haier. Single-room installations typically fall between £1,400 and £2,700; multi-zone systems are quoted after the survey.
Repairs & breakdowns
Not cooling, leaking, iced up or throwing an error code? We repair all makes, whether or not we installed them. Ad-hoc call-outs are typically attended within 24–48 hours, and customers on a maintenance contract get priority — same-day or next-morning response.
Servicing & maintenance
A residential service visit is typically £45 for a single unit. For businesses we offer 6-monthly or annual planned maintenance contracts with fixed response SLAs and a documented service log, keeping your manufacturer warranty valid and your F-Gas records in order.
Where we work & when
From our base in Basford, Stoke-on-Trent, we cover a 50-mile radius — Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands. Lines are open Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 and Saturday 08:00–12:00. Every engineer is F-Gas Category 1 certified, Part P competent for the electrical connection, and we carry £5 million public liability insurance.
